MISERY LOVES COMPANY, NEGATIVITY LOVES MORE NEGATIVITY, PEOPLE TYPICALLY FEED OFF AND INTO THIS, WHEN YOU HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH SOMEONE, REALLY PAUSE AND LISTEN TO WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT 98% OF THE TIME WITH OTHER. OFTEN YOU WILL FIND YOUR COMPLAINING ABOUT YOUR OWN LIFE OR OTHERS AND VICE VERSA.

PERSPECTIVE. WHEN YOU ARE GETTING WORKED UP OVER SOMETHING, REALLLY REALLLLLLLY TUNE IN TO WHAT IT IS YOUR SO UPSET ABOUT. 99% OF THE TIME IT DOESN’T ACTUALLY MATTER AND IF IT DOES IN THAT MOMENT IT WONT IN A YEAR OR PROBABLY EVEN A WEEK. IF SOMEONE TRIES TO MINDLESSLY PICK ANY FIGHTS OR ARGUMENTS WITH ME. ITS TYPICALLY A REFLECTION OF HOW THEY ARE FEELING NOT ME. KEEP THAT IN MIND AND DON’T FEED BACK. WHATS THE POINT?

STAY BUSY IN A POSTIVE MANNER WHEN YOU HAVE TIME TO SIT AROUND THE HOUSE AND MOPE AROUND, YOU WILL OFTEN MAKE ZERO USE OF YOUR TIME. WEATHER ITS SCROLLING ON SOCIAL MEDIA, WATCHING NETFLIX, EATING OUT OF BOREDOM OR JUST SIMPLY DOING NOTHING PRODUCTIVE. I HAVE BEEN THERE MANY, MANY TIMES. IT DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR YOU AND YOUR HAPPINESS BUT RATHER SUCK YOU DRY. GO OUT SIDE, GO FOR A WALK, CLEAN THE HOUSE, MAKE A LIST OF THOSE THINGS YOU HAVE BEEN THINKING ABOUT DOING AND GO DO THEM. START A PROJECT, FIND A HOBBY, EXERCISE! YOU WILL FEEL SO MUCH BETTER STAYING BUSY IN POSITIVE WAYS AND STAYING PRODUCTIVE THROUGHOUT YOUR DAY. FOR ME IF I FIND MYSELF INA SUPER EXTREME WHIRL WIND OF EMOTIONS, I DON’T EVEN GIVE MYSELF THE OPTION TO NOT WORKOUT, I JUST GO DO IT.. YOU WOULD BE AMAZED GOING INTO A WORKOUT IN THE WORST MINDSET EVER AND 99% OF THE TIME COMING OUT IN A BETTER STATE OF MIND. IT WORKS.. WORKING OUT TRULY CHANGES YOUR STATE IN A POSITIVE WAY.

ORGANIZE YOUR LIFE, FOR ME NO MATTER WHAT BEFORE YOU GO TO BED, IF THERE ARE ANY DISHES ON THE COUNTER CLEAN THEM. IF THE LAUNDRY IS LAYING ON YOUR BED TO BE PUT AWAY. DO IT THEN AND NOW. THERE IS NOTHING WORSE THEN WAKING UP WITH A MESS, STARTING YOUR DAY WITH YOUR COFFEE MAKER READY TO GO, A CLEAN HOUSE, YOUR LUNCH ALREADY MADE AND PREPPED. WHATEVER ELSE YOU RUSH TO DO IN THE MORNING INSTEAD OF THE NIGHT BEFORE. DO IT THE NIGHT BEFORE. YOU WILL START YOUR DAY IN SUCH A HAPPIER STATE JUST HAVING EVERYTHING SET IN STONE. I FIND MYSELF SUPER ANXIOUS IF I HAVE LOTS TO DO ORGANIZE, CLEAN ETC IT ADDS TIME TO YOUR MORNING AND YOU TRYING TO SLAM IN EVERYTHING TO GET DONE. GET UP EARLY AS WELL GIVE YOURSELF ENOUGH TIME FOR YOURSELF, READ, WORKOUT, SIT AND ENJOY YOUR COFFEE.

CUT TIES WITH ANYONE WHO BRINGS YOU DOWN, BELITTLES YOU, DRAINS YOU, DOESN’T SUPPORT YOUR GOALS AND DREAMS, DISRESPECTS YOU. SERIOUSLY I DON’T CARE IF ITS FRIENDS OR FAMILY. THIS IS SO SO CRUCIAL FOR YOU TO LIVE A HAPPIER LIFE. UNTIL YOU TAKE THE STEPS TO DO THIS YOU WILL STAY IN THE SAME RUT OF NOT BEING HAPPY. LIFE IS TRULY ALL ABOUT WHO YOU SURROUND YOURSELF WITH, YOU BECOME EACH OTHER. JUST NATURALLY NOT EVEN NOTICING IT, SO REALLY BE CAREFUL WITH WHO YOU LET IN YOUR LIFE AND THE CONVERSATIONS YOU HAVE.

INVEST IN YOURSELF. WHAT I MEAN BY THIS IS GET TO KNOW YOURSELF BY SPENDING TIME ALONE. THIS IS ANOTHER IMPORTANT PIECE TO YOUR HAPPINESS. I SPENT YEARS ALONE, I MAY HAVE BEEN DEPRESSED FOR A PORTION OF IT BUT CONTINUED TO SPEND THE TIME ALONE AND TUNE IN WITH MYSELF. MY THOUGHTS. EVENTUALLY I HAD ENOUGH OF NUMBING THINGS WITH ALCOHOL, DRUGS WHATEVER IT MAY BE. THAT ONLY BAND-AIDS THE ISSUES AND DOESN’T DIG DOWN TO THE ACTUAL ISSUE. UNTIL YOU SPEND THE TIME ALONE AND SOBER, YOU WILL NEVER TRULY FIND YOURSELF, YOUR PURPOSE, YOUR GIFT. HOW CAN YOU HELP OTHERS IF YOU CANT HELP YOURSELF. SO INVEST IN YOURSELF. READ BOOK, COMMIT TO ANY FORM OF EXERCISE FOR THE RIGHT REASONS, BECAUSE YOU WANT A HEALTHIER, HAPPIER YOU. FIND WHAT YOUR GOOD AT, WHERE DOES YOUR MIND GO WHEN YOUR THINKING. WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT EVERY SINGLE DAY AND THROUGHOUT THE DAY. DO THAT AND DON’T TELL YOURSELF YOU CANT. IF SOMEONE ELSE CAN SO CAN YOU, WE ALL HAVE THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME IN A DAY TO GET SHIT DONE.

EAT GOOD WHOLE FOODS. FORGET THE FAD DIETS, SERIOUSLY. GET OVER IT. DON’T FEED INTO THE QUICK WEIGHT LOSE REGIMEN. IT MIGHT WORK SHORT TERM BUT DEFINITELY WONT LONG TERM. WHEN YOU EAT GOOD FOODS AND EXPERIMENT WITH NEW HEALTHY RECIPES (THEY ARE EVERYWHERE) YOU WILL JUST ENJOY IT, HOW YOU FEEL AND CREATING HEALTHY MEALS THAT ACTUALLY TASTE REALLY GOOD. YOU WOULD BE SURPRISED.. CUT THE ALCOHOL, LOWER YOUR CAFFEINE INTAKE AND CUT THE SUGAR. HEALTHY DOESN’T MEAN CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI EVERY SINGLE DAY. EVERY SINGLE MEAL. I ENJOY EATING HEALTHY WHOLE FOODS BECAUSE I LITERALLY FEEL AMAZING. THE WAY MY BODY FUNCTIONS AND FEELS IS LIFE CHANGING. ONCE YOU CHANGE YOUR EATING HABITS YOU WILL REALLY CHANGE YOUR LIFE.
