This is for sure my absolute favourite choice of food right now with avocado toast of course.
-1 can 15oz chick peas rinsed
-1.5 cup cooked beets and apples (cut in small pieces)
-3 tbsp lemon juice
-1/4 cup tahini paste
-1/4 cup braggs liquid aminios
-3-4 cloves garlic (depends on how much you like garlic!!)
Blend it all in a food processor & enjoy!!!
In the photo I have it on a GF bagel, with avocado, mixed sprouts and hemp hearts!
