Carrot Waffles Healthy and Low Cal


Hearty, healthy and low cal vegetarian OR vegan option protein waffles

PER WAFFLE

11 CARBOHYDRATES

4.5 FAT

10 PROTEIN

1/2 cup 40G Oates

2 scoops Orgain Protein ( i used pumpkin spice)

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup 90g egg whites

1 egg

1/4 cup almond/coconut/cashew unsweetened milk ( i used almond )

1/2 cup 100g shredded carrots raw

4-5 drops stevia

blend all ingredients listed above

then add 5 tbsp chopped walnuts

another 100g 1/2 cup shredded carrots stirred in batter.

Heat waffle iron and spray with coconut oil spray.

FOR FULL VEGAN

1/2 cup 40G Oates

1/2 cup Gluten free flour

2 tsp 10G Baking powder

2-3 tbsp 30G maple syrup agave

1 tbsp 15G olive oil

2 scoops Orgain Protein ( i used pumpkin spice)

1 tsp cinnamon

1 cup 250G almond/coconut/cashew unsweetened milk ( i used almond )

1/2 cup 100g shredded carrots raw

4-5 drops stevia

blend all ingredients listed above

then add 5 tbsp chopped walnuts

another 100g 1/2 cup shredded carrots stirred in batter.

Heat waffle iron and spray with coconut oil spray.

I ate mine with earth butter, and swerve confectioners sugar sprinkled on top, and a little powdered peanut butter on the side! Was pretty amazing!
