Beet hummus, lower cal and delish


Produce

  • 3 Beets, small to medium

  • 1 (15.5 oz) can chickpeas

  • 2 cloves garlic or tbsp garlic powder ( depending on how garlicky you like it )

  • 2 tsp lemon, zest

Condiments

  • 3 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1/8 cup braggs liquid aminos

  • 1/4 cup tahini

Baking & Spices

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp cumin

Directions :

Put all ingredients in a food processor and enjoy with and on everything!
