Homemade Pizza Amazingness


For the pita/crust:

3-4 slices zucchini

1/3 cup oats

2 garlic cloves

2 tbsp cilantro ( I used probably triple but I also love cilantro )

2 scoops organ unflavoured protein

3/4 cup egg whites

- all in food processor or blender.

- cook as a pancake and spray pan with coconut oil or some sort of oil spray.

I got 4 pancakes out of this

For the pizza:

put oven on broil

pizza sauce

vegan cheese

mushrooms

more cilantro

argula

you can get fancy with the toppings and add whatever you like

broil 5 minutes or so keep an eye on it

I added the avocado after the pizza came out of the oven
